[Packaging Example] Foldable Top and Bottom Pads for Ultra High Sensitivity Full HD Camera
There are no issues regarding workability during assembly! Here are some examples of packaging.
We would like to introduce a case study regarding packaging consulting for a foldable upper and lower pad for ultra-sensitive Full HD cameras. In the conventional packaging method, where products are wrapped in air caps, there was a significant workload involved in wrapping the product in a blue sheet and then filling the gaps with a thicker green sheet, along with concerns about product damage. This time, in response to the request for an alternative to air caps, we proposed a foldable design that does not involve processes like heat sealing in order to keep costs as low as possible. Additionally, we have completed the structure by adding details to reinforce the "legs" to prevent the product from falling off. [Case Overview] ■ Issues - Wrapping and packaging the product in air caps raised concerns regarding both workability and cushioning performance. ■ Improvement Proposal - A proposal for a low-cost, space-saving foldable structure. - Added details to reinforce the legs. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
